About Us
- CCN serves patients and families in eleven mid-northern Indiana counties from Lafayette.
- We are proud to have served over 450 clients since June of 2007!
- CCN is a 501c(3) Non-Profit by determination of the IRS.
- The Community Cancer Network is growing daily. On a limited staff, we are proud
to serve the clients we have helped and the range of needs we’ve been able to address.
The need is great.

Our Promise
- All services are provided to clients at no charge, supported by individual donors,
health care providers, and the allied non-profit agencies in our service area.

- Full-time Patient Advocacy Services
- Groceries, hot meals and nutritional support for both patients and families.
- Location and provision of durable medical equipment
- Coordination of inter-agency referrals for reinforced support and assistance
- Direct assistance for housing, utilities, pharmacy, communications, and transport
- Transportation to and from treatment
- Support groups and other public information events
- A cancer support library for patients
- Cosmetic assistance for wigs, makeup, and other appearance articles
- Massage therapy program
- Respite care and other services for patients and families.
